Part of the Napoli Women Football Lab, the One-to-Club program is a short-term, immersive experience for players, coaches and sport professionals who want to live the daily reality of a professional club.
Designed for individuals who want a one-to-one experience inside a Serie A women’s club.
Over one or two weeks, you’ll become part of the Napoli Women environment:
- Train directly with Napoli Women youth teams and staff
- Observe first-team sessions and daily routines
- Take part in match preparation, video analysis, and tactical work
- Understand how a professional club operates on and off the pitch
